By accessing or using BuildQS, a service provided by Construgantt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

BuildQS is a web-based application for construction contractors to manage work completion tracking, payment applications, retention management, and cash flow forecasting.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial
• Billing: Subscriptions billed monthly in advance in GBP
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into BuildQS. We do not claim ownership of your project data, valuations, or other content you create.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
